Zero arc flying distance
A new arc extinguishing method is adopted on the new arc extinguishing chamber, and the UL94V-0 material the new arc extinguishing method of magnetic field analysis are used to achieve the requirement of zero arc flying distance. In this way, not only the height size of the AC contact body can be reduced, but also the size of the complete switchgear can be greatly reduced.

Mirror contacts can be used in the combination of AC contactor single and auxiliary contact unit according to IEC60947-4-1nex F. The applicable certification has been obtained from TUV. By using mirror contacts, the welding state of the AC contactor main contact can be monitored by connecting the current to components such as the safety relay, and it can be used as a feedback circuit to help build a safety circuit. After the command to turn OFF the excitation coil of the AC contact is issued, the auxiliary NC contact will definitely be opened even if the main contact is welded, and it does not allow restart.
